Return Policy

We want you to love your VOTTERA products, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Unused products in new condition (clean, with hang tags attached, and free of spots, stains, odors, or pet hair) may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within a week and credited back to your original payment method. At this time, we’re unable to offer exchanges.

NOTE: A $10 fee per return label will be deducted from your refund to cover the return shipping and restocking fees.

Returns add to climate-warming carbon emissions, that’s why we encourage our customers to shop conscientiously no matter where or what they are purchasing. As the online shopping trend has increased, the average return rate has increased; according to a survey by the National Retail Federation, retail returns jumped to an average of 16.6% in 2021 versus 10.6% in 2020.
